
Andrew is a founding Director of Theseus Risk Management, advising on and directing threat assessment and management inputs. He helps clients implement communications screening and reporting structures that encourage early identification of potentially problematic communications, effective triage of cases and appropriate institutional responses. Andrew previously worked as police officer in the Metropolitan Police’s Specialist Royalty Protection Command.

Caroline is a Clinical Consultant at Theseus Risk Management and has worked as a lead Consultant Forensic Clinical Psychologist in high and medium secure forensic mental health services in the north of England, and as a consultant/contractor with law enforcement services in the UK for almost 30 years.

David, Clinical Adviser to Theseus Risk Management.; David established and was Clinical Director of the Fixated Threat Assessment Centre, a specialist joint police-psychiatric unit for the assessment and management of cases involving the stalking, harassment or threatening of public figures in the United Kingdom. He is a forensic psychologist and former senior lecturer at University College London.

Frank is a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist and Clinical Consultant for Theseus Risk Management, and has wide experience of assessing risk, managing and treating mentally disordered offenders in a variety of settings. He is also Medical Lead and a Consultant Forensic Psychiatrist with the North London Forensic Service and the Clinical lead for the National Stalking Clinic.

Paul is an Advisory Consultant for Theseus Risk Management, and a Professor in Security and Crime Science at University College London. Prior to joining UCL, Paul was a postdoctoral research fellow at the International Centre for the Study of Terrorism at Pennsylvania State University. He has published extensively in leading psychology, criminology and political science journals.

Philip is a founding Director of Theseus Risk Management, prior to which he consulted on personnel security for the FCO as a contracted 1st Secretary at HM’s Embassy in Riyadh, and was the Royal Household’s Security Liaison Manager

Richard is a Clinical Consultant at Theseus Risk Management. Richard has dealt with over 150 murder cases of all types during his three-decade psychiatry career, both as an expert witness and as a treating forensic psychiatrist. He is also the author of the Sunday Times Bestseller, Mind of a Murderer.

Sara is a Clinical Consultant at Theseus Risk Management and Head of Department of Psychology at the Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust. Sara has spent many years working as a clinical and forensic psychologist in secure hospital environments, the community, and joint police units.

Toby is an Associate Analyst at Theseus Risk Management, providing assistance in triaging concerning communications, threat assessment of fixated behaviour, and conducting Open Source Intelligence investigations. Toby has a BSc in Security and Crime Science from University College London, and a particular research interest in the making of reputational threats. Toby also coordinates Theseus’ research project activity with UCL.

Abi is an Associate Analyst at Theseus Risk Management, with a BSc in Security and Crime Science from University College London. Having completed a dissertation on reputational threats in the private sector, Abi is responsible for conducting Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) investigations and, carrying out threat assessments and the administration of the CTAP-25 eLearning service.
